A Great Place to Start
Recreational classes are the perfect place to start your child when they express interest in the sport of gymnastics. Rec levels are not restricted by age and students are advanced when they master each necessary skill set. As they advance, they will have the opportunity to use the spring floor, Tumble Trak, trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault. Even if your student does not wish to compete, they can continue to benefit from the sport through our ongoing recreational classes.
